My order

I received a product I did not order. What do I do?

This rarely happens! We're really sorry! Do let us know your intent to return it at the earliest, and we will gladly replace or refund you for the same.

If I have received a faulty order?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If any item is missing in the order?

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels, information about which would have been communicated to you via emails, so please check that.
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and article number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

Why did I receive partial / incomplete order?

  • Don't worry! Latin Quarters doesn’t follow this practice.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Latin Quarters. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I place an order for a product that's out of stock?

We regularly update our product range, but every once in a while you may miss out on something. Enter your Name, Email address, Mobile number, and you'll be the first to know when it's back in stock, but that would mean on no discount value and will take minimum 5-7 days after order confirmed. Such orders are pre paid though we don't charge anything extra.

What payment methods does Latin Quarters accept?

We accept 6 modes of payments i.e COD, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, BHIM, Wallets

At Latin Quarters, your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both, LQ and the card issuer.

Are there any hidden charges?

Shipping within India is free. There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay exactly what you see in your order summary.

What if my payment has been declined?

"In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

  • The card details on your Latin Quarters account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date, billing address or password etc.
  • The security code entered is correct – that's the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
  • If you've checked all of the above and still face an issue, try paying with another card.

If you've tried all these yet have not had a successful payment, then please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the problem including any error messages and we'll try to resolve it as soon as we can.

How can I use a coupon code on my order?

On the Shopping cart page, you will see an option to 'Coupon Code.' Enter the coupon code there and the discount will be applied to your cart. One coupon code can be applied at a time.

What are the terms and conditions for using discount coupon codes?

Latin Quarters discount coupon code terms and conditions vary with coupon to coupon. If you receive a special coupon from us over e-mail, the terms and conditions would be mentioned. In case for some reason you are facing any issues using this promotion code or the payment process has failed or been interrupted please contact our customer care via phone +91 9910-007-254 or email [email protected] for further assistance.

Return,Replacement & Refund

How do I return or exchange?

At Latin Quarters, the customer is a priority always. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order and we will exchange the product or refund the entire amount paid. All you need to do is drop an email at [email protected] or call us within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery, clearly mentioning the order number and stating the reason for return.

However, you must ensure that the merchandise is returned to us in an unused, unwashed, saleable condition with the tags intact and in the original packaging with its complimentary items. This protects us from losses and helps us serve you better and longer.

Custom-made leather jackets cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that certain conditions apply when offers are availed.

Do I get charged for returning products?

Returns are FREE at www.latin-quarters.com. You do not pay for Return Shipments! However, if we're unable to arrange charges of return will be borne by the customers if the return facility is not available in the city .

What if I face issues after using the product?

At Latin Quarters, we carefully screen and select the products that are made available . In rare cases if you face quality related issues such as color bleeding, shrinkage etc. post usage, we will forward your complaint to our quality team and assist you with a solution.

Shipping and Delivery

How will my order be delivered to me?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Latin Quarters with courier company details along with the tracking id. You may simply check the status by visiting their website. Incase your query is not resolved, our customer care representative will help you in tracking your order.

Does delivery takes time more than the displayed timeline 7-14 days?

Yes, delivery can be delayed in some cases like transport strikes, natural calamities, political issues etc. Than the displayed time.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us through phone or via email at [email protected]

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Latin Quarters and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
