Terms and Conditions


The Program is a customer loyalty program offered by Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. (Brand-Latin Quarters) to customers of Latin Quarters (the “Stores” or each individually a “Store”). The following terms and conditions govern the Program.

Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. in their sole discretion, restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the terms and conditions relating to the Program (including earning and redemption rates) at any time, from time to time, and without prior notice. If the terms and conditions have been updated, Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. will post the new terms and conditions on the Latin Quarters website. We encourage you, as Members (as defined below), to review the terms and conditions relating to the Program each time you visit the Latin Quarters website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Latin Quarters may, in their sole discretion, terminate all or any part of the Program at any time with no prior notice.

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all the registered members of the LQ Style Club, points and Loyalty program of Brand “ Latin Quarters “(LQ), registered under Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. in India. By registering into the LQ style club, Loyalty Program, the member agrees to the below Terms and Conditions.
  • A customer shall be entitled /eligible for the Program Immediately upon purchase of products amounting Rs 1/- (One rupee only). Upon the said purchase, the authorized representative of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall inform the customers about the program. The customer shall voluntarily choose to be a member of the program and decide upon availing benefits/privileges thereof. The membership shall be valid only for customers of the EBO’s of Latin Quarters residing in India and with a valid Indian mobile phone number.
  • The Member’s mobile phone number will serve as the unique identification number for availing the membership of the Program and the benefits and privileges thereof.
  • As soon as member’s registers with the program , Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled to communicate with the Member via e-mail, SMS, phone calls, direct mail and other means of communication.
  • The membership of the program shall be valid for the member registered under the program only and cannot be collectively used by family or friends of the member.
  • The membership of the program is non-transferable / non-negotiable and only the member can avail the membership benefits under the program.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. has the sole right to withdraw the membership of a member at any time, without any prior notice and further to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any Terms and Conditions. In this regard the decision of the management of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding upon the member.
  • It is clarified herein that the misuse of the benefits and privileges of the membership may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits /privileges at the sole discretion of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. without any intimation to its member(s).
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise/change/update the rules and regulations governing the program at any time and without prior intimation to its member(s).
  • The benefits, privileges and offers may change or be withdrawn without prior permission Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for any liability arising from such modification /withdrawal of offers/privileges.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. will endeavour to ensure the availability and the quality of services provided by the program partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by program partners to provide services or for any reason whatsoever.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of any terms of this program in full or in part due to any reason beyond Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. control.
  • The program benefits and privileges like points earn and burn, voucher redemption will not be applicable during End of Season Sale and other In- store promotions.
  • Members will start earning points as soon as he/she enrolls into the program i.e. from the date of enrolment.
  • Member cannot earn points or redeem points on a discounted article/product.
  • At the point of redemption, no two benefits/discounts can be clubbed together.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. will endeavour to keep member information confirmation however Latin Quarters is entitled to share any such information with its agencies and third party service providers to facilitate the members with information relating to products /benefits/services offered by the brand and the program.
  • All/ any disputes pertaining to the program shall be under the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
  • All participants in the Program must be resident in India and aged 18 years or over.
  • The program is only for personal and consumer use. Membership Points cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
  • Change of Mobile Number or Loss of Mobile must be immediately reported at any exclusive Latin Quarters store so as to enable blocking/change of mobile number as relevant.

Loyalty Program Customer Tier


Silver –Rs 1- Rs 4999
Gold - Rs 5000 –Rs 14999
Platinum - Rs 15000 and above

  • For Silver Tier Members one point will be rewarded for every Rs 33.3 that is spent on Latin Quarters exclusive store products. For Gold Tier Members one point will be rewarded for every Rs 20.00 that is spent on Latin Quarters exclusive store products. For platinum Tier Members one point will be rewarded for every Rs 12.50 that is spent on Latin Quarters exclusive store products.
  • To collect points for a transaction in-store, your Membership Number (linked Mobile Number) must be presented at the checkout before payment.
  • Points cannot be retrospectively credited after completion of the transaction.
  • Points are not issued or redeemed on the purchase of any article online.
  • Points are earned on the net invoice amount paid net of redemption of gift vouchers and loyalty points.
  • Earned points cannot be burned on the same transaction and points will be valid to burn after 24 hours.
  • Points will be awarded in whole numeral format only and any fractional points due will not be issued. This can be altered at the discretion of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. without notice.
  • Membership tiers would be set at the sole discretion of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. These tiers can be altered at the discretion of Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. without notice.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled to set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to each membership in respect of special promotional items on which additional points are awarded.
  • Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if relevant products to which such award related are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower point’s value, Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.
  • Benefits available through program may change from time to time and be withdrawn without prior intimation.

Points Redemption

  • The current redemption value of points is one point equals one Rupee. Ikon Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to vary the rate at any time
  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can only be redeemed as store credit against purchases made
  • It may take maximum 4 working days to credit points for the purchases made by you
  • Members can redeem points at any time within the validity period
  • Members must be present in person at the time of redemption and produce their point balance SMS or a proof of ID or generated OTP to redeem points
  • The cashier has the right to ask security questions based on the information provided by you while registration or ask you to produce valid identification. This is to ascertain identity of the member and prevent misuse of your membership
  • Stores shall have the right to deny you the benefits of the membership in case of failure to prove identity
  • Points remain valid for a period of one year from the date of last shopping at exclusive Latin Quarters store and will expire on the next day.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated nor redeemed. There will be no compensation for or reinstatement of expired points.
